Job Summary
The CEO will be responsible for setting organizational goals, managing company operations, overseeing financial planning, and leading the management team to support sustainable growth. This role requires a strong fundation in business administration, management principles, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee high-level business planning activities, including operational planning, resource allocation, and internal budgeting coordination.
· Establish general management practices and internal controls to promote consistency, compliance, and effective governance.
· Evaluate organizational performance using operational reports, management metrics, and internal reviews to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
· Support the company’s business development efforts by evaluating potential partnerships and operational opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
· Lead and support senior management personnel, promoting effective communication and leadership within the organization.
· Report regularly to the Board of Directors on company performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field is required.
Five Years + experience in business operations, strategic planning, or management roles.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a growth-stage company or operationally complex environment.
Familiarity with vendor management, compliance processes, or regulated industries.
MBA Degree is a plus but not required.
Work Authorization & Schedule
Full-time position.
Position requires ongoing executive-level decision-making and leadership responsibility.
